Natoora and The Lab Kitchen are joining forces in Copenhagen to host an evening of food and ideas.
On 23rd May, we’re bringing together voices driving change to explore some of the systemic barriers in the food system and how we can overcome them, how scale can benefit the future of farming, and ways of rebuilding meaningful connections between people and the source of their food.

Moderated by journalist Alisa Larsen, the panel will feature our founder Franco Fubini along with Tove Munthe from regenerative agriculture farm shop Arken i Ravlunda and Jesper Redecker Hansen, head of sustainability at Fiskerikajen.

On the table: Tove’s eggs, Danish asparagus from Knabegaarden, and mackerel from Fiskerikajen – all brought together by Youra Kim from Propaganda, Martin Alfredsson from Aster and William Milsted from The Lab Kitchen, with the opportunity to purchase natural wines from Sæsonmelier.
